Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Sorry, but bank restrictions prevent us from taking orders by telephone.

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Amex.

Your card will be debitted in the name of World of Gambling, which is the name that will appear on your card statement.

Shipping And Handling

Deliveries are sent by next-working-day courier in Great Britain. Orders outside this region are sent by Parcelforce. A signature is usually required upon delivery. You may specify different invoicing and delivery addresses (see "ordering"). We do not use Royal Mail unless circumstances dictate or we are requested to do so. Use of couriers ensures speedy and secure delivery of order.

Gamingchips.co.uk do not profit from the carriage element, only charging at-cost or, in most cases, below. Sorry, we can not deliver to BFPO addresses.

*These are guideline prices. If your order is bulky or heavy, the couriers may add a surcharge in which case we will contact you for the difference in cost or the option to cancel. Alternatively, please email for a delivery estimate.

Delivery Schedule

Please trust us that we will send all orders out just as soon as we can - there's absolutely no reason why we would want to hang on to things and cause delays. In practice we usually ship on Monday's. Tuesdays and Thursdays for orders received before 9am on that day (please see 'shipping and handling' for how). However, we can NOT guarantee that you will get your goods the next day - trains have been known to derail, lorries occasionally crash, people get ill, computers crash and, most commonly, people are out when couriers try to deliver.

What we do guarantee is that we will despatch all good in stock within three working days by 24 hour courier. A signature will be required on delivery which may be at any time 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. European orders are generally received within five days from despatch and other International orders are generally received in under ten days.

We will send you an email when your goods have been sent, along with tracking details or if there is a problem.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you - that means we'll wait until it is in stock and then send it out. You will always be emailed if a product is likely to be out of stock for more than a week.

Tax Charges Books are zero rated in the UK for VAT purposes. For other gambling product and software orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15.00% VAT is already included. If you wish to order from outside the eurozone and wish to place an order without VAT, please email inquiry@eurocoin.co.uk.co.uk.

Credit Card Security

You are using a very secure ordering system. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software, when the order is placed, using ***128 bit encryption***. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Furthermore, only two employees of TTL will ever see your credit card details.
